I post as @_camsart_, and have done since March 2021: 158 posts so far. My work runs from grotesque, rubbery cartoon faces in an underground-comix spirit to comic-book brawls, crime and film fan art, and architecture drawn like illustration, with cross-sections packed with tiny cartoon people. Paper pieces are signed CW with the year; digital ones carry the hand-lettered CAM'S ART mark.

Micron, rapidograph, crow quill and Paper Mate. The core of everything: dense crosshatching, contour lines and heavy blacks.
Copic and Prismacolor, mostly for loud, saturated cartoon and comic pieces.
Large architecture-studio sheets up to 24 Γ 36 in, and the multi-panel mural CITY MAYHEM.
Stretched canvases from 20 Γ 30 in, used for the 2026 commissions and for painted studies.
Bold digital brush-ink sketches, usually posted with a time-lapse reel.
1/4 inch scale models, plus orthographic, section and axonometric drawings.
Robert Crumb for the faces and the crosshatch. Lately, painted remakes after Simon Bisley, Glenn Fabry and Carl Critchlow, to learn how to sculpt figures by layering paint.
βPaying attention to how you go about the art-making process allows you to make more efficient changes. For example, overtime I learned to stray away from sketch lines and to rather be precise with pen movement.β
